We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Delivery times to major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and Pune are usually 3-5 business days. Deliveries to other locations may take 5-7 business days depending on courier service availability in your area. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the product is unopened with the original hygiene seal intact. All original accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of earbuds that have been opened or used. The Halo Air Pro comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and battery performance issues under normal use. To make a warranty claim, email support@hashoby.guru with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our support team will assess the claim and provide instructions for replacement or repair. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond IPX4 rating, loss, or theft.

IPX4 rating means the earbuds are protected against water splashes from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts (resistant to sweat) and light rain exposure. However, IPX4 does NOT mean waterproof or submersion-proof. Do not wear the earbuds while swimming, in the shower, or during heavy rain. If the earbuds get wet, wipe them dry with a soft cloth. The charging case is not water-resistant and should be kept dry at all times.

To maintain optimal battery performance: Keep volume at moderate levels (high volume drains battery faster). Store the earbuds in the charging case when not in use. Avoid exposing the earbuds or case to extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C). Charge the case at least once every 3 months if not in regular use. Use the provided USB-C cable or a quality alternative; avoid ultra-fast chargers not designed for small devices. Battery capacity naturally decreases over time with regular use, which is normal for lithium-ion batteries.

The Halo Air Pro works with any device that supports Bluetooth connectivity: smartphones (Android and iOS), tablets, laptops (Windows, macOS, Linux), smart TVs, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices. The earbuds use standard Bluetooth 5.2 protocol, so no special apps or software are required. Simply put the earbuds in pairing mode and connect through your device's Bluetooth settings. Note that some advanced features like app-based equalizer controls are not available, as these earbuds do not require a companion app.
